Managing several projects and teams at the same time can be very stressful and chaotic without the right resources. It is particularly challenging to manage a team with overlapping timelines and files. Notion is useful in this regard. Notion not only allows me to manage team collaboration and tasks but also streamlines everything in one place. All project files, timelines, meeting minutes, and to-dos are easily accessible. Each project has a dedicated page which includes major milestones, timelines, progress tracking, and relevant resources. I design Kanban boards to monitor progress, databases for tracking key performance indicators, and linked views to display tasks in a hierarchy by deadlines or priority. Notion also facilitates collaboration. Shared dashboards, which display up to date information regarding what needs to be worked on at any given time, and context specific comments between pages enhance team alignment.

Further, I configure constant meeting agendas, team roles, and onboarding documents, so members can independently access information without requiring assistance. In summary, Notion enables me to manage teams with customization, clarity and accountability while streamlining project information and using separate dashboards.
